- Carol Pech will use her years of licensed, full-time experience and highly developed negotiating skills.

- We track all showings of your listed property, and report to you promptly.
- Your property will be given maximum multimedia exposure: including The Real Estate Extra Magazine, Star Tribune, Pioneer Press,

Estate Book Online and Counselor Realty's web site.
- A Licensed Client Care Manager will be available for questions on all listings and sales files.
- Sellers will be contacted on a regular basis with feedback and updates.
- The Pech Team will maintain multiple communication lines, so you will always stay in touch. These
include cell phones, e-mail, fax, voice mail, etc.
- You'll have the benefit of a computerized office for printing literature, a digital camera which allows photos
to be e-mailed anywhere, contact management and mailings.
- A Buyer's Agent will be available for assistance in showing properties and following
through to the final acceptance of the purchase agreement.
- Members of the Pech Team are active in 3 Relocation Services: Counselor Realty Relocation, affiliation
