The Winning Team
The vast majority of Carol's business comes from referral, repeat clients and name recognition. She services the entire northern half of the metro area-from Plymouth to Woodbury-and virtually all price ranges, extending the same service to small- and high-end properties alike. "I think you need that today, for balance," says Carol, "both to stay in touch with reality and to remain a knowledgeable consultant. You need to know all price ranges and many, many communities."
Carol has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota CRS chapter for many years and served as its president in 1997. She also serves on the Board for the North Metro REALTORS Association and asserts that the benefits of such memberships are unlimited; from networking possibilities to having the opportunity to have a voice in the future of the business. "To me, it is imperative to staying on the leading edge of the business. I want to be part of the planning for the future, which requires that I be involved and active."
